Shayna is a seasoned political field operative with over 15 campaigns under her belt. Through her field management, she has had over 200,000 doors knocked across multiple states. She has also increased the number of youth voters across 5 different states by 8%-10%. Shayna got her start in Iowa, creating a nonprofit to raise awareness for gun reform in in high school. She has now managed and won 5 historic, record breaking campaigns from city council in Iowa all the way up to the U.S. Senate in Georgia. Her passion lies in voter turnout, and she’s made it her mission to make sure voters know how much their voices really matter – especially in down-ballot races that can be decided by a handful of votes.

Shayna has worked on and managed multiple campaigns across Iowa, Montana, New York, Georgia, Illinois, and Texas. She and her partner live in the Windy City, Chicago, and they love to play guitar and see live music together. She’s an avid Swiftie, and as much as she wishes Taylor really was helping Democrats, she thinks MAGA republicans should Shake It Off.

Geordan has acquired ~12.1 million prospective donors for Democratic email programs, totalling over $18 million raised. As Digital Ads Manager for the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee (DLCC), he implemented a full-funnel audience approach to list acquisition and direct fundraising ads for a lifetime 215% ROI. Geordan has built lasting relationships with key Democratic ad placement and email data vendors and has completed professional certifications in both Meta and Google Ads. He’s constantly seeking out new ways to automate personalized list onboarding and reactivation for a more genuine user experience.

Geordan studied Political Science and Computer Science at Washington University in St. Louis, where he conducted award-winning research on digital fundraising and worked as a campus organizer for Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign. He and his fiancée Erica live in Washington DC, and although he gave up the west coast, he’ll never stop rooting for the Dodgers (or missing the LA weather).

Matt is a veteran of state legislative campaigns, currently working as a digital fundraiser and communications consultant in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He worked for many years at the Minnesota House of Representatives on both the official and campaign sides, raising money online and as communications director. Matt also worked for Minnesota Governor Tim Walz’s first campaign as digital director. Most recently, he worked for the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee (DLCC), helping state legislative caucuses set up digital fundraising programs ahead of a historic 2022 cycle for state Democrats.

Matt has a B.A. in Strategic Communication and International Studies from North Dakota State University. He and his partner (also named Matt) live in the heart of downtown Saint Paul with their orange menace cats, Bruno and Oliver. But, unlike the song, Bruno is all Matt talks about.
